The PetArcadia Story: From One Pet Parent to Another 🐾

How It All Started

PetArcadia wasn’t born in a boardroom; it was born in a living room in Punawale, Pune.

Like many of you, I spent hours scrolling through endless websites looking for grooming tools and toys that actually worked. Too often, I’d wait weeks for a package to arrive, only to find a low-quality product that broke in days or, worse, made my dog uncomfortable.

I realized that Indian pet parents deserved better. We needed a brand that stood for quality over quantity, speed over excuses, and care over a "sale."

Every single product you see on our store has passed the most rigorous testing process in the country: The Leo Test. Leo isn't just my best friend; he’s our Chief Quality Officer. If a brush is too scratchy, Leo tells us. If a toy isn't engaging enough, Leo ignores it. We only stock what Leo loves. When you buy from PetArcadia, you aren’t getting a random item from a warehouse—you’re getting a tool that has been hand-picked and tested right here in Pune.
