Refund policy

At PetArcadia, your trust is our top priority. We are committed to delivering high-quality, thoughtfully designed products for your best friend. Every item is quality-checked before it is shipped to you.

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return if the product is damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered.

Eligibility for a Return

To be eligible for a return, your request must meet the following conditions:

  1. The item must be damaged during transit, defective, or significantly different from the item you ordered.
  2. The return must be requested within 5 days of the delivery date.
  3. The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with all original tags, and in its original, undamaged packaging.
  4. You must have the receipt or proof of purchase (your order number).

Please note: We do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind," incorrect size selection (please check size charts carefully), discount/coupon code applied products or other personal reasons.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Provide Proof: In your return request, please include your Order Number and a clear photo or video of the item that clearly shows the damage, defect, or incorrect product. This is mandatory for us to process the claim.
  3. Await Approval: We will review your claim. If your return is accepted, your return request of the item will be processed. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returns & Refund

Once your claim is verified and the return is approved, you will be offered a choice of:

  • A full refund to your original payment method will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Replacement of the same item is not allowed. You will have to place a new order for the same item.
