Shipping policy

At PetArcadia, we are excited to offer FREE Shipping on all orders across India! We work hard to get your pet's new favorite things to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Order Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Time:
Once your order is processed, it will be shipped via our trusted courier partners. The estimated shipping time is 3-5 business days.

In total, you can typically expect your order to arrive within 7-10 business days from the date of purchase.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at petarcadia.store@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
